The purpose of the desk staff is to be your liaison between the sales, operations and airport departments of our company as well as serve as a personal concierge for your attendees for any needs they might have outside the property be it a dinner reservation, tour, or general destination question.

They also manage the arrival and departure process in coordination with the hotel bell staff.
